“I was an employment partner at an international law firm for almost 30 years until April 2025, when I decided I would like to move to the next phase and focus on family, travel and being an on demand counsellor for Winston's Wish.  I did however want to keep my brain active. Being a consultant with Starford enables me to use my many years of experience on challenging cases often involving senior stakeholders, investigations and all manner of employment disputes in the investigations I conduct for Starford clients. I also spent three months over the winter at UCL as Interim Head of Employee Relations which developed my skill set.
